Apparently Neil Jones has taken a job with a brewery so can't brew in competition. If you managed to try the beer you were lucky as I couldn't find it before it ceased and I live 2 miles from Haigh!
Cheers....Chris CoatesAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8285162121291357473.post-83417291692204573102011-11-11T09:46:03.323+00:002011-11-11T09:46:03.323+00:00Just want to point out to Red Nev that Haigh (pron...Just want to point out to Red Nev that Haigh (pronounced Hay as you mention) is actually North East of Wigan (not North West) and very close to Aspull which might be on your map. I live near Wigan and cant find it on draught anywhere, and although I've phoned the mobile number of the brewery for help on this I still await a reply. Look's like the beer is pretty rare....good luckAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8285162121291357473.post-19812115261997449522011-08-07T21:54:58.469+01:002011-08-07T21:54:58.469+01:00it means a trip across border to St Helens town ce...it means a trip across border to St Helens town centre but I will have it on at Olde England pub this weekend coming (12th) web site for pub www.1854pub.com Regards Julia licensee of O EJulia Olde Englandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14110199730170738584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8285162121291357473.post-58817405543130426192011-07-22T21:46:34.864+01:002011-07-22T21:46:34.864+01:00It's available at Stables Brasserie in the tow...It's available at Stables Brasserie in the town centre by the bottleAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8285162121291357473.post-41056779060607540352011-07-20T14:06:50.534+01:002011-07-20T14:06:50.534+01:00Wigan is becoming something of a real ale oasis in...Wigan is becoming something of a real ale oasis in the area. It's a large Manor house and the grounds now contain a golf course and a miniature railway amongst other attractions.

I would be very interested to know where where their beer is been sold.
This brewery now joins Allgates, Mayflower and Prospect as Wigan based breweries.David Davieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04562923889207393348noreply@blogger.com
