Dave White has told me that the beer is not yet flowing from the new Tipsy Angel microbrewery in Warrington that I wrote about on 13 January. Apparently the recent cold weather had affected the yeast, and it'll be late in the month before the beer is ready. The brewery is located behind the Lower Angel pub in Buttermarket Street. Microbrewery opening delayed
