Over the coming Bank Holiday weekend, 22 to 25 May, there is the Crosby Music Festival in various venues in Crosby village, which is just under a mile from the Blundellsands & Crosby railway station. The venues include Stamps, the only one on the list that I can be certain serves real ale. Now in its 13th year, this festival is part of the Hope Not Hate campaign, and is free, funded by UNISON's general political fund.
